I truly believe that creating an impactful educational experience takes a village and I am happy to be a part of it in digital form where we create a positive change in children, families, and educators. I love looking at the problem space and collaborating with my team on how we learn, support, and deliver to ensure our users have the best user experience.

I see myself as a human-centered researcher with comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research abilities. I am passionate about understanding human beings’ motivations, personalities, emotions, and behavior patterns as a UX researcher. My previous works focused on exploring the requirements and evaluation of target users for customer service chatbots, Livestream shopping, e-commercial businesses, and healthcare. I am so glad to join the FUNetix family.
